How membership works

When does the year run?
The membership year is 1 July to 30 June, matching the EO and YPO calendar, and is paid upfront. The 2026-27 live programme runs from 24 September 2026 to 29 April 2027: three sprints of four Thursday sessions each.
What if I join after the programme has started?
You pay $400 for each sprint still to come. Join any time during Sprint 1 for $1,200 and catch up on the sessions you missed from the recordings. From 14 January it is $800 for Sprints 2 and 3 (Operations and Finance), and from 18 March $400 for Sprint 3. The price on this page changes on those dates by itself, so what it shows is what you pay.
Can I pick just one sprint, say sales and marketing?
No. Membership runs from the day you join to the end of the programme, every session in between. The sprints build on each other, and the real return comes from connecting sales, operations and finance into workflows that run together rather than in isolation. The only other option is a whole EO or YPO chapter programme.
What does a session look like?
90 minutes live on Zoom, Thursdays at 3 pm Hong Kong time (12:30 pm India, 11 am Dubai, 8 am London). Raj builds on screen, you build the same thing on your own business at the same time, and your questions are answered live. Each session ends with one piece of homework, and every sprint ends with a Demo Day where members show what they shipped.
What if I miss a session?
The recording and a short summary are in your hub the same day, and the homework stays open until the next session. Miss one and you can still finish the sprint.
Do I need to be technical?
No. This is for business owners and leaders, not developers. If you can use email and a spreadsheet you can build everything in the programme. There is no coding.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop, an account with the AI tools we use (we tell you which before each sprint; most are free or under $30 a month), and one real process from your business to build on.
What do I actually leave with?
Three working AI systems in your own business, one per sprint: sales, operations and finance. Plus a certificate for every session you complete, issued automatically to your hub.
What is in the library?
More than 100 frameworks, skills and tools from the AI-First Mindset workshops, updated through the year. Invited members get the library; Sessions members get the library plus the live programme.
Can my team join?
One membership is one seat. For a leadership team or a whole EO or YPO chapter we run programmes by invitation, one fee brings everyone in: see the chapter programme below or write to us.
How do I pay?
Click Join now and tell us who you are; we send a card payment link (Stripe) or bank details within a day, with an invoice for your company records. Prices are in US dollars.
Can I get a refund?
Membership is not refundable once your first live session has run. If something changes before then, write to us and we will sort it out.
What happens at the end of the year?
Your recordings and certificates stay in your hub while you are a member. Renewal for 2027-28 opens in June and you can carry on or step back to the free library.
